Does not play a part because I do not remember the time before my handicap (accident as a toddler.) As a result, I am quite happy with my life.
It does play some part, because for example I had to have several operations and have scars. I cannot tone my stomach muscles because of the paraplegia and these cannot be toned unfortunately either. |
